A connection that releases with separation

The offensive player works to create distance from the defensive player. Once the gap is large enough, the Velcro connection comes undone. The release makes separation part of the drill rather than keeping the players permanently attached.

The Mirror Belt is designed to teach both offensive and defensive positional awareness. Coaches can use it for drills focused on reacting to another player and changing direction.
