PLACING YOUR ORDER

Ensure timely delivery for Christmas:
  • Order by Dec 15th: Free Shipping, Ground, or Priority
  • Order by Dec 16th-19th: 3-Day, 2nd-Day, or Next-Day Shipping

When we get orders, it's like the feeling you get when someone hands you a gift just for being you.

So, when your order is submitted online, everyone in our customer service team sees the order, and one of them immediately jumps on it and starts the processing.

You will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you specified on the order. It’s extremely important to provide a valid email address when creating or editing your prosoccer.com account, as all communication regarding your order will be by email. You may check the status of your order or update any account information using the My Account link at the top right.

Some important stuff to keep in mind:

Pro Soccer processes all orders between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (PST), Monday through Friday. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays). Processing time varies upon product availability and production requirements (name/number customization). Customized products may take 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) to ship out.

NOTE: Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will not be shipped until the following business day, which will be Monday. Weekends are not considered business day nor do we process or ship orders on weekends. Please take that under consideration when placing your order.

*If you’ve ordered an item that is out of stock, we will contact you via email for more information.

Okay, lets get into the needy greedy of everything related to processing and shipping.

So, How are Backorders Processed?

If an item you ordered shows backordered, the ETA will be noted on the product page and your order confirmation. You may receive periodic emails on the status of your backordered product, but rest assured we'll get it to you as fast as possible.

Personalized Jersey Orders

Personalized jerseys require 5-8 days for shipping due to the need to order loose letters from our vendor and assemble them, regardless of the shipping method you choose. Our name and number sets are authentic, and all personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customized Player Name & Number Orders

Player Name & Number sets may add 1-3 business days for processing before your item is shipped regardless of which shipping method you choose.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are responsible for your package until it reaches the post office. After that, it is no longer within our control. At checkout, we recommend selecting the USPS Priority Mail delivery option, which includes up to $100 in insurance against loss or damage. If you do not pick Priority Mail shipping and the USPS loses or damages your order, Pro Soccer cannot issue a refund. Most orders are shipped via USPS and are insured by USPS.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT! IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.

How do preorders work?

If your item is on preorder, the ETA will be noted on the product page and your order confirmation. When placing a preorder, your form of payment will be immediately charged to ensure the product is reserved for you. You will receive an email updating you on the status of your order once your product has shipped. Just make sure to include customerservice@prosoccer.com in your email whitelist or contacts so you always get our emails delivered to your inbox. 

I'm Ordering Heavy Items. What Do I Need To Know?

If you're purchasing a goal or other such heavy, big items, these will probably be dropshipped to you from the manufacturer due to the size and weight of your order. Dropshipping from the manufacturer however can have 2-3 business days for processing (excluding holidays). But, no worries, we're on top of it all for you. You will receive an email updating you on the status of your order once your product has shipped.

Ordering For Your Team?

When placing an order for your club team, please allow up to 4 weeks for processing. We know, that sounds like a long time doesn't it? The processing time for these orders depends on product availability, production requirements, and seasonal changes. Please visit our team store page (ProSoccer Team Store) for further information regarding your team order.

How are Sales Taxes Calculated For Online Orders

Oh, this is simple. Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a California address.

Ordering During The Holiday Season?

We know you want to get your package delivered quickly and on time. During the holiday seasons, please consider the following guidelines to be sure your package is delivered on time*. If ordering something that needs to be customized (ie: name and number jerseys or your own name on a jersey, for example), there is an additional 3-5 days of processing time you should consider on top of the shipping time estimate.

To give your package the best possible chance of getting to its destination before Christmas:

Order by the 15th with Free Shipping, Ground or Priority 
Order by the 16th 3 Day, 2nd day or Next Day
Order by the 18th  3 Day, 2nd day or Next Day
Order by the 19th 3 Day, 2nd day or Next Day
Order by  the 20th, 2nd day or Next Day
Order ay the 21st Next Day 
Order by the 22nd Next day (cut-off time 12PM Pacific Time

2nd Day Air or Next Day Air Shipping Services:

If you've selected any of the two shipping services such as 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, we will help prioritize your order so you get the package(s) in time. All other shipping services will have delays. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Note: Shipping delays during the busy holiday season are not uncommon. We rely on the carrier and their ability to deliver our customers' packages on time. 

Furthermore, custom orders during busy holiday seasons will require our customer service team an additional 5 days to process before shipping.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our Normal (non-holiday) Shipping Rates & Options

Most orders are shipped by the next business day from our headquarters in Irwindale, California. If you select a shipping service that is NOT "air", there may be one additional business day added to the shipping time.

Shipping rates are calculated based on estimated package weight and shipping destination. A flat rate is available for qualifying orders. Shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses via USPS only.

Delivery times are based on when orders leave the Prosoccer.com warehouse. See available shipping methods and estimated delivery times below.

USPS Priority & Ground

Please keep in mind that USPS Priority and USPS Ground service do not guarantee delivery of your package within the advertised times. Often there can be one or more days of delays by the carrier which we have no control over. Typical transit times are 2-5 business days. Weekends are not considered business days.

USPS Standard Shipping

Your package will be in transit for up to 5 business days. Typical transit times are 4-7 business days, depending on your delivery address. Weekends are not considered business days, nor do we process shipping during the weekend.

UPS 3-Day Shipping

Once you place your order with us, the package will be picked up from our facility the next business day by UPS. UPS will ship the package once they process the following day. 3 business days will count after UPS ships from their facility, and not when they pick up from our location. Weekends are not considered business days.

UPS 2-Day Shipping

Once you place your order with us, the package will be picked up from our facility the next business day by UPS. UPS will ship the package once they process the following day. 3 business days will count after UPS ships from their facility, and not when they pick up from our location. Weekends are not considered business days.

UPS Next Day

Your package will be processed the same day of the order & will be picked up by UPS from our location the following business day. UPS will ship the package once they process it the following day, and you will receive your package one day later.

UPS GROUND SHIPPING

Please keep in mind that UPS Ground service does NOT guarantee to deliver the package exactly as advertised. There may be delays by the carrier which we have no control over.

I Need My Order Fast! Can I Get Express Shipping?

We get it, of course, you can! Just select Next Day Air, 2nd Day Shipping, 3 Day Select Shipping during checkout. None of the express shipping options include Saturday or Sunday delivery. We do not offer express delivery to PO boxes either so please make sure to have a valid address, not a PO Box for a shipping address. 

What Happens When There Are Shipping Delays?

Shipping delays may occur during busy holidays or during the fall or spring season. Here at Pro Soccer, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute and expedited orders placed during these times. During these times some products are subject to delivery restrictions because of size and weight and may be delayed because of these reasons. We are not responsible for weather-related or shipping delays caused by shipping carriers.

Is It Possible To Get My Order In Separate Shipments?

Yes, that's possible. Due to size and weight limitations, orders may arrive in more than one package. Please allow a few days for all packages to arrive before reaching out to us regarding your order. The number of packages shipped will be indicated on the shipping labels and on your invoice.

International Shipping

We at Prosoccer ship worldwide. International shipping times are different and do take longer than domestic (USA) shipping. Please see shipping options at checkout.

Shipping to Canada

All Canadian orders are shipped by USPS Express International Mail. Please allow up to fourteen business days to receive your order. Be advised that your order total will be in US dollars.

In some cases, Canadian customers will be required to pay duties and taxes before they receive their package. Please take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your Pro Soccer merchandise and shipping charges.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION POLICY & EXCLUSIONS

When returning an item, if the total of your order falls below the required dollar amount intended for Free Shipping (your promotional benefit), the original shipping cost will be reapplied and then deducted from the total dollar amount of your original order when processing your return.

*If you receive Free Shipping on any order, your order will be shipped via Economy Shipping within the United States only. Free Shipping offers and promotions only apply when shipped within the continental United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

*Free shipping does not include heavy items such as Goals, Training Equipment, and any item over 10 lbs.

*Excludes ALL team sales including uniforms, shorts, socks, etc.

*Excludes ALL returns and/or exchanges.

RE: California & Kangaroo Leather

If you live in the wonderful state of California (we mean that we love this state!), we cannot sell or ship any products which contain kangaroo leather in the product. This is a California law and we have to abide the laws of this awesome state. Having said that, you have A LOT of other choices when it comes to footwear. So don't sweat it.

Having said that, if you do happen to place an order for footwear that has kangaroo leather and we happen to process that order, we do reserve the right to refund the full amount to you without notification. It's that strict, yes. We wish we could sell them in CA but we can't.
