When sending back items, please send all new, unused, and unworn products to us within 30 (thirty) days of the order fulfillment date to receive a refund for the products you purchased. (Sale items are also accepted as well)

All unworn footwear must be in its original footwear box and returned within a Separate shipping box and cannot be taped or damaged.

Products must be unused, have the original tags attached, and be in original packaging.

Products cannot be washed or have an odor smell such as perfume cologne deodorant.

For returns that are valued at $500 or more, you're responsible for purchasing a return label and making sure items are all shipped back to our warehouse. Once we've received the returned items, we will inspect and update the status of your return on our returns portal or via email.

If you click on shop now, it will redirect you back to our site and you can find what you need there to make the exchange. We do cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item, you must pay the shipping label to ship the item back to us.

As long as the return is made within our return window period, we'll accept it and give you a free shipping label to send it back. 30 days.

Footwear cannot be worn on the field or have visual signs of wear. You must have the original tags and packaging. Defective Footwear, Goalkeeper Gloves and Equipment

  1. Due to the various playing surfaces and weather conditions, all items will experience normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to color loss, loose threads, small gaps between the outsole and the upper, and minor tears in the latex palm
  2. It is recommended that for both footwear and goalkeeper gloves you purchase multiple (training and match) pairs to increase the life of the products
  3. We guarantee our footwear, goalkeeper gloves, and equipment free of performance-affecting defects for 30 days from the date of purchase
  4. Manufacturer warranties that surpass Prosoccer 30-day defect policy will have to be handled directly with the manufacturer


If you ordered the wrong item by accident and we've already shipped the package, please begin your exchange process using our returns process from our website.

Note: You'll be responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the item to us, and we will cover the replacement item shipping cost.


If we've somehow shipped the wrong product(s) to you, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please start your return or exchange request using our website returns process and we will cover the return label cost for that item(s) to be returned to us. You could make the exchange through our portal and will ship you the correct item right away.
