New Balance The Catalyst Soccer Cleats

New Balance Catalyst soccer cleats by model

Start with the model you want to wear. The Catalyst Pack includes New Balance Furon Elite V9 and Tekela Elite Low Laced V5 cleats. If you're replacing a familiar pair, check the model and generation first. Furon V9 and Tekela V5 are different choices within the pack, so compare each product's construction and fit details before deciding.

Look for the 2E Wide option

The Furon Elite V9 and Tekela Elite Low Laced V5 options here carry 2E Wide labels. Use that width designation when comparing them with another pair. Check New Balance's size guidance for both length and width, then assess each model separately. Try the cleats with the soccer socks you intend to wear so you're checking the combination you'll use on the field.

Keep Firm Ground in your choice

These Furon and Tekela versions are labeled Firm Ground. Confirm the ground designation against the field you play on before ordering. If you're switching between models or browsing another version, check its full product name and outsole details again. Keep the surface choice alongside the model and width when narrowing your options.

Pack the pair separately

For carrying the cleats with the rest of your equipment, compare soccer cleat bags. Choose the bag around the pair you'll carry, and check its dimensions and closure details before adding it to your training bag.
