Shipping & Delivery
Placing Your Order
Once your order is submitted online, our Customer Service Team will begin processing it right away. You'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout.
Please make sure your email address is correct — all order updates and communication will be sent there.
You can check your order status or update your account information anytime under My Account in the top right of our website.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (PST), excluding holidays.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will not ship until the following Monday. Weekends and holidays are not business days.
If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we'll email you with an estimated arrival time (ETA) and updates as soon as it's ready to ship.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on:
- Orders over $100
- First-time customers on orders over $75
Free shipping applies to the continental United States only.
The following are excluded from free shipping:
- Hawaii and Alaska
- International orders
- Heavy or oversized items (goals, training equipment, etc.)
- Team sales (uniforms, shorts, socks, etc.)
If a return brings your order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

All orders ship from our Irwindale, CA warehouse via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather or carrier issues.
Example (Overnight): Order Thursday → Ships Friday → Arrives Monday.
Personalized & Customized Orders
Personalized and customized items require additional processing time before shipping:
- Player name/number sets: 2–3 business days
- Personalized jerseys: 5–10 business days
All personalized and customized items are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
Preorders & Backorders
Preordered and backordered items will display an estimated arrival date (ETA) on the product page and in your order confirmation email.
- Payment is charged at the time of order to reserve your item.
- You'll receive an email notification as soon as your item ships.

Drop-Ship Items
Some products ship directly from the brand rather than our warehouse. These items:
- Typically take 1–2 weeks for delivery
- Are available with ground shipping only (no upgrades)
Heavy Items
Large or heavy items (such as goals and training equipment) may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. Processing time is typically 2–3 business days, with longer delivery windows depending on the carrier.
Separate Shipments
Larger orders may arrive in multiple packages due to size or weight. Please allow a few extra days for all packages to arrive.
Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages
We are responsible for your order until it is handed off to UPS, FedEx, or USPS. After that, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at customerservice@prosoccer.com and we'll do our best to help.
Please note: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but the package cannot be found, we and the carrier are not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend monitoring your delivery date closely.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier — please review shipping options at checkout for estimates.
Please note: Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. In rare cases, customs may charge additional fees upon delivery. We have no control over customs charges and are not responsible for them.
Shipping to Canada
- Ships via DHL or UPS
- Allow up to 14 business days for delivery
- Orders are charged in U.S. dollars
- Duties and taxes may be collected upon delivery
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday periods, shipping carriers may experience delays. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend selecting Express or Overnight Shipping at checkout.
Customized orders may require an additional 3–5 business days for processing during the holiday season.
Sales Tax
Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to California addresses.
