Once your order is submitted online, our Customer Service Team jumps on it immediately to start processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.

Backorders
If a product is on backorder, the estimated arrival time (ETA) will be listed on the product page and in your order confirmation. You’ll also receive updates by email as soon as your item is ready to ship.

Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations are excluded.

Heavy or oversized items (goals, training equipment, etc.) are also excluded, even if the order total exceeds $100.
Personalized & Customized Orders

Personalized Jerseys require 5–10 business days before shipping to allow time for authentic name and number application.

Customized Player Name & Number sets add 1–3 business days before shipping.

All personalized and customized items are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are responsible for your order until it reaches the post office, Fed X or UPS hands. After that, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

Preorders
Preordered items will list an ETA on the product page and in your confirmation email.
Payment is charged at the time of order to reserve your item. You’ll receive an email once it ships.

Heavy Items
For large or heavy items (e.g., goals, training equipment), orders may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Processing time for these items is typically 2–3 business days, and delivery may take longer depending on the carrier.
Team Orders
Team and club orders can take up to 4 weeks to process, depending on product availability and seasonal demand.

Sales Tax
Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to California addresses.
Holiday Orders
During the busy holiday season, shipping carriers may experience delays.
If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend selecting Express or Overnight Shipping at checkout.
Customized orders may require an additional 3–5 business days for processing during the holidays.

Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days)
Most orders ship by the next business day from our Irwindale, CA warehouse.
FedEx, UPS, and USPS transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Plus Shipping (2–4 Business Days)

Package is picked up the next business day by UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days from the carrier’s ship date.

Weekends are not counted as business days.
Express Shipping (1–3 Business Days)

Package picked up the next business day.

Delivery within 1–3 business days after the carrier ships.

Overnight Shipping (1–2 Business Days)

Delivery is typically next business day after shipping.
Example: Order Thursday → Ships Friday → Arrives Monday.

We ship using UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather or carrier delays.
Separate Shipments
Orders may arrive in multiple packages due to size or weight limits.
Please allow a few extra days for all packages to arrive.
Direct-From-Brand (Drop Ship) Items
Some products ship directly from the brand instead of our warehouse.
These usually take 1–2 weeks for delivery and are available with Ground Shipping only (no upgrades).
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Shipping to Canada
All Canadian orders ship via DHL or UPS.
Allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
Orders are charged in U.S. dollars, and duties/taxes may apply and are collected upon delivery.
Free Shipping Promotion Policy & Exclusions
If a return reduces your order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
