The 1980's for Mike was a combination of doing electrical work and playing soccer recreationally in a small local league. At this stage of his life, Soccer was not a priority anymore, and making sure his family lived a comfortable life was the only thing on Mike's mind.

Mike decided to devote his extra time to coaching his kids in soccer and helping them learn the meaning of team sports.

As Tony's passion for soccer grew, a challenge emerged - the need to travel 30 miles to find quality gear. In 1991, Mike took a courageous step, investing his life savings to establish our first store in Pasadena, CA, right on the renowned Colorado BIvd.

Within a matter of months, Pro Soccer became a household name, renowned for providing top-tier soccer gear to the local community. It was a time when major sporting goods retailers like Big 5 and Sports Chalet had yet to embrace soccer gear, but the tide was turning.

Pro Soccer opens its biggest retail store in Pasadena and secures a separate 3,000 sq. ft. customer fulfillment center.

Having outgrown two previous retail locations, Pro Soccer's online and retail sales allowed the company to expand its operations and help recognize Pro Soccer as a global leader in soccer gear.

We moved our warehouse operation to a new much larger location in Irwindale to handle the order volume from online sales.
The team is as strong as ever and taking care of the customer is still the focus, as it's always been.
