Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

Return of Defective Items

If an item you receive is defective it may be returned to us to repair or replace; simply follow our return procedure within 30 days of having placed the order. If your item carries a longer manufacturers warranty, please contact us for directions. Please note, many of the items we sell are professional quality gear designed to be lightweight or sensitive, and are not necessarily designed for performance.

Exchange of Items

If within 30 days of placing your order you discover that you need to exchange the item you have purchased with another, please follow our return procedure. We will inspect the items to ensure that it they are unused and send you the items you requested in exchange. You are responsible for all shiping charges for items being exchanged. We are not able to exchange items that have been used.

Cancellation of Order

If you wish to cancell an order, or part of an order, please contact us by telephone or email immediatly. For standard items, we will cancell your order so long as it has not been shipped. For custom items, we can cancell you order so long as the item has not been produced. If the item has already been shipped, please follow our return procedure within 30 days of having placed your order.

Return Procedure

To return an item contact us by telephone or email in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of placing your order. Then, send the item to us via UPS or insured U.S. Mail with the Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the package. We will pay for all shipping costs if we have sent you the wrong item or if you are returning a defective product.

Gift Cards, Pro Points, & Coupons

Gift Cards

We offer gift cards as a convenient gift option for our customers. Gift cards can be purchased in a variety of denominations. We do not charge any fees for the use or maintainance of the card, so you will be able to make use of the full balance at your convenience. Also, our gift cards do not expire. Our gift cards are not returnable.

ProPoints

ProPoints is our rewards system. On almost all purchases you make you will receive ProPoints. You can use ProPoints to pay for all or part of your future orders. Here are the rules for our ProPoints system:

Coupons

You may use at most one coupon with each order. You can enter your coupon code at any time before placing your order. The system will notify you if the coupon code you entered is no longer valid. Any discounts will be reflected on your "View Cart" page.

We accept all major credit cards as well as our own gift certificates and ProPoints. We do not offer any layaway plans nor do we ship items COD. If you are placing a team store/bulk order please contact us for other payment options such as cheques and money orders.

Charging Your Card

When you place an order we may verify your card with the issuing bank; this is not a charge on your card and it will automatically drop off. Once your items have been prepared for shipping we will attempt to charge your card. Your card will not be charged for items that have not been shipped. If you order backorder items we will only charge you when the items become available.

Privacy Policy & Website Security

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy is very simple. We will not disclose any of your information to third parties unless required to do so by law or as a normal part of processing your order. When you place an order with us we submit your card information to our card processor in order to charge your card. Also, your mailing address is provided to the shipping company so that you can recieve your items. We do not provide your iformation to anyone else. You information will not be sold, traded, or rented to anyone except as part of a transaction involving the business as a whole.

Site Security

We employ industry standard security measures to ensure that your information is properly secured. Additionaly, your information is gurded by our own internal polices which limit access to those employees who need it in order to process your order. You can check the SSL certificate of this or any other site by clicking on the appropriate icon in your web browser.

Customer Accounts

Customer Accounts

After placing an order with us you will be given the option to create an account. By creating an account you will be able to log in at our site and retrieve your order history and current order status. Alos, you need to use an account in order to accumulate ProPoints. If you forget your username/password simply click on the appropriate link underneath the login form in order to have aspecial link emailed to you. This link will allow you to reset your username/password.

Shipping

International Shipping

Orders shipped internationally may have customs charges applied. We do not know ahead of time if customs charges will be applied. Also, if a package is stopped at customs the delivery may not occur as scheduled.

Shipping of Customized items

If your order includes customized items, then you may experience a delay while your items are prepared. Customization is done at our own facility so any delays are minimal, however, your item may ship one to two business days later then a non-customized item that is in stock.
