Returning New Items

At ProSoccer.com we are committed to customer service and customer satisfaction. We would like your shopping experience with us to be a pleasant one. Please read our return policy below carefully. While your satisfaction is important to us, we will strictly enforce our published return policy.

If the item you receive is not right, you may return it to us within 7 days of the date you received the item, and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and if sold as a set (i.e. warm-up pant and jacket, etc...) it must be returned as a set. Almost all items that have been worn outside will show signs of wear and will no longer be considered to be in original condition, thus it is important to try everything indoors or we will not be able to accept your return. For all exchanges and returns, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs in either direction. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs both ways to replace the item.

Please call or e-mail to inform us of your intent to return or exchange, and to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Packages will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside. Ship your return package either UPS or insured U.S. Mail (remember to keep your receipt and tracking number). Return packages should be shipped back to us within 7 days of obtaining a Return Authorization Number.

All returned items will be inspected by our staff to verify return illegibility, our goal is to honestly evaluate every return and make a decision on every claim based on our return policies published on this page.

Please understand that we cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient" and please keep the tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.

Please note that customized items (such as replica jerseys with names and numbers) or Special Orders are not returnable for any reason. Also, no returns will be allowed on, videos, CDs, or DVDs with opened packaging.



Returning Defective Items

Every item that we sell meets our highest standards for quality and performance. Many of the items we sell require special care because of the materials they are made of (leather, latex foam, ortho glass, performance fabrics, etc). It is our experience that through proper care and normal use almost all defects for apparel and footwear will be evident in the first 30 days after purchase. For this reason you may return any defective item for 30 days after the date of purchase for an exchange.

Please note that most of our soccer shoes and goalkeeper gloves are professional quality, therefore designed for maximum touch and minimum weight, and not necessarily durability. High quality soccer shoes and gloves often will wear out rather quickly.

Returning Sale Items

Items marked down and and listed as 'Special' or 'On Sale' are not returnable or exchangeable under any circumstance.

An order for an item that is temporarily out of stock is called a "backorder." When you place an item on backorder, we will ship the item to you via our regular ground shipping as soon as it becomes available. You are never charged for a back-ordered item until it is shipped, and you may cancel an item on backorder at any time. You do not pay additional shipping for backorders. In regards to an international order, we can only ship one package per international order. If your order consists of several items, one or more of which are on backorder, we cannot ship the in-stock items until the backordered items become available. In case of international orders, if you want to receive your in-stock items right away, you must remove the backordered items from your order and re-order them when they are in-stock.
