USPS General Information

Customers must choose USPS shipping options for delivery to PO Boxes or military locations.

USPS Priority mail is the default shipping method for shipping within the United States. Nearly all domestic customers will receive Priority mail in two or three days. Priority mail service is comparable to UPS Second Day of Three Day shipping but at a much lower cost.

In contrast to UPS Shipping options, USPS Priority mail is also delivered on Saturdays at no extra cost.

If your shipping destination is a remote area you may experience a delay however, our experience is that even remote areas will receive shipments within five days.



UPS General Information

For customers willing to pay extra for a more precise delivery time UPS shipping methods are available. Please be aware that UPS next day shipping is not available for orders placed on Friday. In general, you will not receive any shipments from UPS on a Saturday unless you contact us and speak with a shipping clerk to verify that you are willing to pay an additional Saturday delivery fee for UPS shipping. Also, UPS shipping is not available for PO Box or military addresses.

Shipping Days Calculation

If you place your order after noon your order will be shipped the following weekday (Monday - Friday). The day the shipping company picks up package does not count as a shipping day. For example if you place your order at 2:00 PM Pacific time on Monday and select "UPS 3 Day" shipping your order will be picked on Tuesday and delivered three days from then (Friday).

International Shipping

Orders shipped internationally may have customs charges applied. We do not know ahead of time if customs charges will be applied. Also, if a package is stopped at customs the delivery may not occur as scheduled.

Shipping of Customized items

If your order includes customized items, then you may experience a delay while your items are prepared. Customization is done at our own facility so any delays are minimal, however, your item may ship one to two business days later then a non-customized item that is in stock.
